A progressive journey from raw structure to finished music

Workshop — day 1

Welcome & first assemblies

Tour of the workshop, introduction to tools, choice of personalised options (wood species, key, grilles). Start of basic structure assembly.

Workshop — day 2

Wooden structure

Building the right- and left-hand casings, sanding, gluing, squaring. Installation of the mechanical base.

Workshop — day 3

Keyboards & buttons

Mounting the axles, fitting springs, adjusting touch and key travel.

Workshop — day 4

Right & left-hand action

Full action assembly, precise adjustment of heights and key travel on both hands.

Bellows

Making and fitting the bellows, meticulous adjustments, checking full airtightness.

Grilles & finishings

Fitting the decorative grilles, working on wood finishings, final sanding and protection.

Reed installation

Sorting and selecting reeds, careful installation, first tensioning, note-by-note testing.

Fine tuning

Detecting and fixing air leaks, mechanical adjustments, perfect key alignment.

Full testing

Thorough testing of right and left hands, evaluating playing comfort, personalised corrections for your morphology.

Musical initiation & handover

Music session with a guest musician, final hands-on with the instrument, photo session, review and instrument handover.
