This order form is binding.

To be valid, this form must be accompanied by a 40% deposit of the total price.

Stand reservation: if you paid €150 at one of our stands, this amount is deducted from your deposit — please mention it in the comment field below.

The deposit cannot be refunded if the participant cancels after the start of fabrication (2 months before the workshop).

In case of cancellation, you will need to reschedule to another session or find someone to replace you.

Terms and Conditions — key points

  • Nature of the workshop: a pedagogical learning journey into lutherie, not an instrument delivery service.
  • No guarantee of completion: a single 10-day workshop does not guarantee the complete finishing of the accordion.
  • Return sessions: option to return at €80/day if the instrument is not complete.
  • 40% non-refundable deposit (except if cancelled by the instructor). Balance paid at the start of the workshop.
  • Cancellation by the participant: deposit is retained; place may be deferred or transferred to another person.
  • Materials: included in the price (except replacement of a major part after irreparable damage).

Learning journey — what you need to know

A 10-day workshop is a learning journey, not a delivery guarantee. Completion depends on the model chosen, your pace, and your experience.

If the instrument is not finished within 10 days, you may return for a follow-up session at the daily workshop rate of €80/day.
